Return & Exchange Policy

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

➤ Style/Size Exchanges:

  • Unopened items may be exchanged for a different style or size, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
  • Used items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be unused and include all tool kit items.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs and duties are the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us—we may provide a shipping subsidy or a prepaid return label.
  4. Exchanges are only available for size-related issues and are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a return & refund.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email info@nailterego.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 business days and notify you of the exchange or refund status.
  4. Refund: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
