Return & Exchange Policy
If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
➤ Style/Size Exchanges:
- Unopened items may be exchanged for a different style or size, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
- Used items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and include all tool kit items.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and duties are the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us—we may provide a shipping subsidy or a prepaid return label.
- Exchanges are only available for size-related issues and are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a return & refund.
Return & Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email info@nailterego.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 business days and notify you of the exchange or refund status.
- Refund: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
